Making Protein Smoothies Can Be Fun!

Smoothie #2: Banana Orange Dreamsicle
1 small banana
1 small orange or large tangerine, peeled and skin removed from the segments
1 cup low-fat milk
1 heaping scoop protein powder

Put everything in the blender (protein powder last) then whip it until you feel like it's almost thick enough to be a milkshake. Voilà!
